Katie and Justin – Spring Gardens Wedding Photography, Marilla NY

I first met Katie and Justin back in 2015 in my first year of business. Katie was the wonderfully kind maid of honor at her best friend Amanda’s wedding (who returned the favor for their wedding day). They are beyond sweet together, and their own wedding day was no exception.

We started the day at an Airbnb right across from Knox Farms, where Katie was surrounded by her family and closest friends. Just like Katie, they were all impossibly sweet.  Katie’s details were absolutely perfect for her — minimalist with a vintage twist — and she was so excited to go see Justin.

After a private first look (seriously, how sweet is Justin’s reaction?!), we made our way around Knox Farms for their portraits. Their whole bridal party was full of wonderful people  — and more than a few familiar faces. They were all so thrilled to be celebrating Katie and Justin, the most common phrase of the day was FINALLY!

There could not be a more fitting setting for their wedding day, Spring Gardens is a wonderful balance of rustic, woodsy, and simple. Their sentimental ceremony was officiated by a dear family friend, and ended in cheers by all those that were present. The warmth demonstrated the entire day, only blossomed larger for their reception. It was filled with a perfectly choreographed first dance, wonderful toasts, home-made beer, and a packed dance floor for the rest of the night. Katie and Justin could not take their eyes off of each other, and were just so damn happy to be married.

Congratulations you two! It’s been so wonderful to see you at weddings over the past 2 years, cheers to your own spectacular one!
