Miranda and Steven – Harro East Wedding Photography, Rochester NY

Miranda and Steven are all about the moments, and their wedding day was no exception. They spent the day truly enjoying their guests, and celebrating in every single moment. They are so sweet together, and with their daughter Violet.

We started the morning at Miranda’s father’s apartment, which is the perfect Rochester artist loft. She was surrounded by her dear family, and her circle of childhood friends. These women have been an exceptional support system for Miranda throughout all stages of her life, and their wedding day was just the same. The energy in the room was tangible — everyone there was just so thrilled for Miranda and Steven to be wed.

After putting together the finals details, including a skirt hand-made by Miranda’s father, we made our way over to their beautiful church. If you know anything at all about Spiritus Christi Church, it is that every one is welcome. It truly embodies their relationship together. The ceremony was wonderfully sentimental, and charmingly funny with beautifully selected readings, and beaming grins.

Miranda and Steven sealed this new step in their lives together with a kiss, and we celebrated all the way over to Highland Park where their sweet bridal party to portraits. With a quick pit stop over to Starry Nights Cafe (the site of their first date), we made our way over to their Harro East Reception.

Amid cheerful toasts, impossibly sweet dances, and stellar dance moves (with a bit of poutine), their guests celebrated Miranda and Steven until the very last dance of the night.

Cheers you two, you did it!! Congratulations and thank you again for such a fun day.
